Executive summary
Impressit managed to turn the business requirements and idea of Simplify Change leadership team into an amazing prototype with a high-level UX design and offer a few new features. This prototype can become the basis of a high-quality SaaS solution that would improve the efficiency of implementing change projects in any company. In times of a global pandemic and remote work, such an application may become a lifesaver for numerous companies and organizations.
Client background
Simplify Change was established with the aim of helping companies and corporations manage changes. Whether it is switching to different software or adopting new processes, BEE Methodology© developed by Simplify Change will ensure successful project completion. With their innovative approach and techniques, Simplify Change revolutionizes the Management Consulting industry.
Objectives
The main goal was to combine Simplify Change’s expertise and practices with our knowledge and talents. This way, everything that Simplify Change’s employees were doing manually would be turned into a web application. This app would accompany managers and employees on their way to change. Therefore, we created an interactive clickable prototype for Simplify Change that exceeded all the client’s expectations.

We managed to present the first draft of the prototype even before any commitments were made. This way, Impressit showed that our team can work fast (while still delivering the best quality) and is truly interested in this project.

After two months of productive work, Impressit delivered the results in the form of a SPA (single-page application) prototype. This prototype included two interfaces — one for the manager responsible for the change process and the other for the employees. Among other things, it includes a calendar and quiz editor.
Another detail worth mentioning is a virtual assistant in the form of an AI chatbot. While we were working on a prototype, we understood that this project would benefit from human-like interaction with the application. Everyone is well familiar with messengers. That's why a chatbot has been introduced to make it easier to onboard users to the platform.
Probably, the most remarkable thing about this case is the UX. Keeping in mind that this application’s goal is to minimize friction and stress associated with the change, our Senior Designer created a visual solution that ought to provide the user with a pleasant experience. Both interfaces were created considering the best UX design practices and wrapping them into a recognizable corporate style of Simplify Change.
Value delivered
First of all, we delivered the prototype in time and managed to do even more than the client expected.
Clients were really impressed by the UX design. Considering that this SaaS solution will be potentially used by people that may not be advanced computer users, it was really important to make sure that the application was easy to navigate and operate. And we managed to do this while also keeping the UI in mind.
Our prototype included our ideas and initiatives; for example, the virtual assistant that, with the help of a personalized approach, would make onboarding and familiarizing with the platform easier.
Hopefully, this prototype will someday be turned into a real product that would transform the change management game.
