Impressit is now enhancing the address-checker system by including information on other internet service providers offering high-speed fibre-optic internet services and their coverage areas. The Impressit team continues to achieve the project objectives so future plans include developing an admin portal for client request management, an extension of address checker with Retail ISP overview and customer selection for desired provider and offerings, and a GIS-planner application to display broadband coverage and upcoming fibre network availability.

This is a telecommunications company that specialises in providing high-speed fibre-optic internet services to residential and business customers. Freedom Fibre strives to expand its fibre network to reach more communities and offer cutting-edge internet solutions.
Challenges and Objectives
Impressit took a responsibility to fully cover the company's needs in custom software development so we began our cooperation by helping Freedom Fibre set up a proper development process. Our developers' awareness of the specifics of ISP operations and technology landscape enabled us to quickly grasp the project requirements and design a solution and implementation roadmap tailored to the particular needs and challenges Freedom Fibre faced.
Our first task was to create an address-checker. It is a system that lets the clients find out if Freedom Fibre’s fibre-optic internet services are available at a certain address and if not, will they be available in the area in the near future. Our team also created an automated email notification system that alerts potential clients when Freedom Fibre’s high-speed fibre-optic internet services become available in their area. Another important contribution was the development of lead capturing. This feature helps Freedom Fibre’s managers to see the lists of potential customers in different locations thus allowing tailoring advertising campaigns more precisely and optimising the planning of next locations for fibre laying depending on demand.
At the moment, the Impressit team continues to improve the address-checker system. The next step is to include various internet service providers that offer high-speed fibre-optic internet services and their areas of coverage. This way, clients might check if the areas they live or work in are covered by any of the ISPs.

For the business, it will provide opportunities for pattern, relationship, and geographic context analysis that has a potential to improve decision making and communication both with customers and within the company.
