Senior Pre-Sales Project Manager

About the project

Impressit is looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Project Manager to join a cross-functional team delivering high-impact international client projects across fintech, healthtech, and logistics. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of technical architecture, commercial strategy, and project leadership – acting as a trusted consultant who translates complex business challenges into scalable solutions from first client conversation through successful delivery.
You will own the pre-sales process end-to-end while driving governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery continuity as projects transition into execution.

What you will do

Pre-Sales & Discovery
—  Lead the discovery phase for new client opportunities in collaboration with Sales and technical teams
—  Analyze business needs and transform them into clear solution proposals and project scopes
—  Conduct client meetings, workshops, and solution presentations during the pre-sales stage
—  Contribute to the creation of Proposals and Statements of Work (SOW)
—  Define Scope of Work, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps for proposed engagements
—  Present and defend technical proposals while negotiating scope, timelines, and expectations
Project Governance & Delivery
—  Own the transition from pre-sales discovery to delivery, ensuring continuity of context and client expectations
—  Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, communication plans, and reporting cadences
—  Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively
—  Develop and maintain project artifacts: WBS, process flows, RAID logs, and status reports
—  Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
—  Conduct post-project retrospectives and feed lessons learned back into pre-sales and delivery practices

What we expect

Pre-Sales & Solutions
—  3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or client-facing delivery role within IT outsourcing or consulting environments
—  Proven ability to lead presentations, negotiations, and discovery workshops with clients
—  Strong understanding of SDLC and project scoping practices
—  Solid understanding of project estimation models (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Hybrid)
—  Experience translating complex business challenges into clear solution proposals and project scopes
—  Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to accelerate documentation, prototyping, and analysis
Project Management
—  3+ years of hands-on project management experience in software development or IT services
—  Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles — from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure
—  Strong command of project planning tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Notion, or equivalent)
—  Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across concurrent projects
—  Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget
—  Ability to define and track KPIs, velocity metrics, and delivery milestones
—  Experience running Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, standups) as well as managing waterfall or hybrid engagements
—  Comfortable managing escalations, resolving blockers, and making trade-off decisions under pressure
Stakeholder & Communication
—  Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and executive audiences
—  Confidence in leading client-facing technical discussions in English (B2+ or higher)
—  Ability to work seamlessly across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams

—  Experience with UI/UX prototyping tools such as Figma or Miro
—  Understanding of modern technologies: Microservices, Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), API integrations
—  Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
—  PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, PSPO, or CSPO certification
—  Domain experience in FinTech, HealthTech, or E-commerce
—  Knowledge of AI prompt engineering for automating documentation
—  Public professional presence: conference speaking, published articles, or community contributions
