About the project
Impressit is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional product team working on a device management and provisioning platform for a UK-based client. You’ll build desktop applications and backend services for managing devices, firmware, provisioning, and updates.

What you will do
— 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with ownership of complex full-stack or backend applications
— Strong commercial experience with Go as a primary programming language
— Expert knowledge of React 19 and TypeScript in strict mode
— Experience building desktop applications
— Experience with Tauri and willingness to work with Rust
— Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time communication
— Experience with hardware integrations, device protocols, or embedded systems
— Experience building complex interactive UIs with Canvas, SVG, or real-time rendering
— Experience with TanStack Query, Web Workers, and frontend performance optimization
— Experience with Playwright and Rust unit/integration testing
— Good understanding of CI/CD practices
— Strong knowledge of concurrency, API design, software architecture, and debugging across frontend/backend boundaries
— Experience with offline-first applications and secure software development
— Excellent communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English or higher

— Build complex interactive interfaces with a focus on performance and usability

— Collaborate with product, design, and client stakeholders to deliver new functionality
— Contribute to engineering standards through code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices
