About the role

Impressit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a cross-functional team building a modern, AI-powered, white-label SaaS platform for community, membership, events, and networking organizations. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a meaningful product with real-world impact, working with modern technologies and international teams. You’ll own product direction and outcomes, guide the development team, and act as the client’s trusted partner in shaping and shipping the product. You’ll report to the Director of Client Delivery and help raise the product bar across our PM team.
02

What you will do

— Be the senior product partner to the client’s main product stakeholder and their executive sponsors
— Run discovery: understand the client’s members, organizers, and workflows, and the outcomes they’re buying
— Define the problem and the minimum sellable scope, and keep scope honest: what’s in, what’s out, and what comes later
— Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing by value and feasibility together with the stakeholder and Tech Lead
— Write clear requirements, epics, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria, including for AI-driven features (recommendations, matchmaking, AI assistant)
— Use AI across your workflow to synthesize discovery, draft specs and stories, prototype ideas, and do research
— Shape inputs for designers and partner with them through the design phase
— Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, partnering with engineering through the sprint cycle (planning, build and demo, review, retro) to ship on cadence, and escalate scope or capacity conflicts early
— Run hands-on functional testing and feature acceptance to make sure what ships matches what was specified, alongside UAT and feedback loops with the client
— Hold regular 1:1s with developers and support them through implementation
— Own product outcomes: adoption, retention, value delivered, and client satisfaction with the product
— Spot reusable patterns and components across the platform and feed them into our core IP
— Spot expansion opportunities driven by product value and share them with Sales
— Mentor less experienced PMs and help raise the bar on discovery, story writing, and roadmap discipline across the team
03

What we expect

— 5+ years of product management experience, owning products end to end
— A strong SaaS background: you’ve shipped and grown SaaS products and are fluent with SaaS metrics (activation, retention, churn, expansion)
— A track record of owning product outcomes, not just delivery, and holding scope under pressure
— Fluency using AI across the product workflow, from discovery synthesis to spec drafting and prototyping
— Strong client-facing communication, including with executives and sponsors
— Strong experience writing requirements, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria
— Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), backlog management, and setting up and running ceremonies
— Comfortable doing hands-on functional testing and feature acceptance
— Ability to run product across multiple concurrent engagements or workstreams
— A clear, direct communicator who sets a standard and raises the bar for others
— User-centered, design-oriented judgment; a background in business, UX, or design thinking is a strong plus
— Advanced English (C1) for direct, daily communication with the client

04

As a plus

— Background in UX/UI design or BA roles
— Experience with B2B or B2B2C SaaS, especially white-label or multi-tenant platforms
— Experience delivering AI/LLM-powered features (recommendations, personalization, chat assistants)
— Domain exposure to communities, memberships, events, marketplaces, or subscriptions and billing
— Experience applying AI and automation to product and delivery workflows
— Comfort working in a distributed, multilingual team across time zones
— Passion for clear documentation, smooth delivery, and end-user quality
