About the project
Impressit is looking for a Grid Services Product Lead to join a cross-functional product team building an intelligent platform that orchestrates distributed energy assets for power-intensive businesses. The platform helps asset owners, aggregators, and grid operators unlock flexibility, optimise energy usage, and participate in emerging energy markets. This is a rare opportunity to build an entirely new product area from the ground up — defining strategy, shaping the roadmap, and working hands-on with customers, engineers, and machine learning specialists to turn complex grid requirements into commercially successful products.

What you will do
— Research and evaluate grid services opportunities across multiple regions and markets
— Develop a deep understanding of grid operator requirements, market mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and
commercial models
— Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the grid services offering
— Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable platform capabilities and system architecture
— Partner with machine learning engineers to develop forecasting, optimisation, and dispatch algorithms
— Engage directly with customers, aggregators, asset owners, and grid operators to understand requirements and
validate solutions
— Translate market and customer needs into clear product specifications and technical requirements
— Prioritise features and capabilities based on customer value, commercial impact, and delivery effort
— Support go-to-market activities, partnerships, and customer engagements as the product matures
— Act as the internal subject matter expert on grid services and flexibility markets
