Finance Manager

Impressit is looking for a Finance Manager who will own the full cycle of the company's financial operations — from payroll and client invoicing to accounts receivable control and banking operations, including international legal entities. This role is a great fit for someone who loves order in numbers, knows how to build solid processes, and is comfortable working closely with project managers, HR, and banks.

The position involves close cooperation with the CFO: aligning financial data, contributing to reporting, and day-to-day collaboration on the company's financial operations.

— Payroll Management: full-cycle payroll calculation for employees and contractors — from collecting input data to controlling payouts

— Client Invoicing: preparing and controlling client invoices in line with contract terms, and following up until payment is actually received

— Financial Operations: controlling the company's cash flow and the timeliness of all financial operations

— Financial Reporting: maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial reporting in close cooperation with the CFO

— Banking Operations: liaising with Ukrainian and international banks to ensure payments across all of the company's legal entities

— Accounts Receivable: controlling accounts receivable

— Cross-functional Collaboration: close day-to-day cooperation with the CFO, plus coordination with Project Managers and HR on financial matters

— Process Improvement: contributing to the development and improvement of the company's financial processes

— 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager / Financial Specialist

— Experience working with P&L

— Experience with payroll and client invoicing

— Understanding of cash flow processes and accounts receivable management

— Confident with Excel / Google Sheets

— Attention to detail, structured approach, ability to work to deadlines

— English — Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate level, for communication with clients and international banks

— Higher education in finance, accounting or economics

— Experience working at an IT company

— Experience working with banks (Ukrainian and/or international, including Wise)

— Experience with financial systems (e.g., Finmap)
