Middle Project Manager
About the project
Impressit is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex software development projects. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes coordinating with internal teams and clients, defining project scope, timelines, and budgets, and proactively managing risks and issues. You will also maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process, and continuously improving project workflows to support the growth of the company.
What you will do
— Own the project from start to closure
— Work with business stakeholders to determine project goals, scope, and deliverables
— Plan, manage, and monitor the project’s execution
— Deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget
— Describe requirements in task management tools and make sure they are up to date and clear for the team and stakeholders
— Be an advocate of the Agile workflow and educate the team and stakeholders when needed
— Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and metrics when needed
— Develop customer relations and business insights, proposing extra services that customers may need
— Be a resource and people manager, actively participate in planning required hires
— Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management
— Take part in pre-sales estimation process
— Work closely with the Delivery Manager and Sales
What we expect
— 3+ years of Project Management experience
— BA experience
— Experience delivering web and mobile projects
— Understanding of current and emerging IT technologies
— Visualisation of complex things in a simple way using such tools as Miro, Figma, etc.
— Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining project management tools such as Jira
— Strong communication and collaboration skills
— Highly organized, proactive, and a leadership attitude
— Fluent English
